I include a plan section on every website I build. Why?
The purpose of a plan is to remove the fog. Sometimes it clarifies the buying process. Sometimes it clarifies how the product or service works. Sometimes it clarifies what happens after you make a purchase.
If your customers have questions about any of those three things, they will hesitate, and hesitation is a sales killer.
Give them a plan, and your sales will increase.
